Use:                                                   

Sanding wall corners, edges, hard-to-reach or small surfaces and  polishing. For normal and hard, not strongly abrasive concrete, extra hard thin-layer coverings, terrazzo and other cement-bonded ones suitable for fine sanding and polishing of surfaces. Not recommended for very rough or highly abrasive soft materials.                                                      

Advantages:                                                        

It's flexibly follows surface irregularities and is very durable.                                

Thanks to its off-white resin binder, it does not leave a residue  marks on light or even white surfaces.
